Seven proposed products, seven legal perimeters
Each card opens a design brief. Savings (a bank deposit) and Earn (assets put to work) are deliberately separated.
Proposed products only. No rates, balances or yields are shown or offered.
Investment · Lending · Staking
Crypto Earn (yield)
Assets put to work — investment and counterparty risk, no guaranteed return.
Customer journey (concept)
- 1Separate opt-in from Vault; suitability and risk rating.
- 2Disclosure of each yield source and counterparty.
- 3Assets transferred to the strategy; client bears loss risk.
- 4Redemption subject to lock-ups, slashing or borrower default.
Source of yield / return
Borrower interest, staking rewards or smart-contract fees — variable, not guaranteed, not a deposit rate.
Legal classification to verify
Possibly investment management, lending or collective scheme — must be determined; distinct from Savings.
Regulated entity
Separately permissioned asset service provider — never the deposit-taking bank by default.
Licence dependency
Separate permission for lending/staking/management — not covered by a trading or custody licence.
Operational guardrails
- •Professional-client restriction considered by analogy to AFSA DAA 2.13.3.
- •No 'guaranteed', 'savings' or 'interest' wording.
- •Transparent risk rating per strategy.
Client rights
- •Information right on counterparties and exposures.
- •Clear ranking of claims on default.
Go / no-go conditions
- NO-GO for retail until regulator confirms perimeter in writing.
- GO (pilot) only with risk-rated, transparent yield.
